At Pierre Cardin Pakistan, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or you may simply change your mind. That's why we have a hassle-free return and exchange policy in place to ensure your satisfaction.

7 Days Exchange Policy

We offer a 7- day exchange policy, starting from the day you receive your item. This means you have 7 days to request a return and send the item back to us. it will take 7-10 days to processes your exchange after receiving back our products.

Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be unworn or unused.
  • The item must have all tags attached.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.

Please note that you will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

In case of order cancellation, we can refund the amount as a coupon.

Damages & Claims

We take great care in packing our makeup products, using bubble wrap to ensure they remain safe and intact until they reach our customers, However, if you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will resolve it.
