1. Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes, we have a 7-days exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the item. Please make sure the item is in the same condition as you received it, with tags and in its original packaging. Contact us at support@pierrecardin.pk to initiate the exchange process.

2. What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged item?

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please inspect it upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email us at support@pierrecardin.pk with your order details and a description of the problem.

3. Can I return sale items or gift cards?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All sales of these items are final.
